Answers to the questions we hear most about the Cycle & Sage journals.
Does this journal treat or relieve my symptoms?
No. Cycle & Sage journals are tracking tools, not treatments. They’re designed to help you document symptoms, sleep, mood, and cycle changes so you can spot patterns and bring a clear record to your doctor. They don’t diagnose, treat, or relieve anything, and they’re not a substitute for medical care.
What’s actually inside Perimenopause: A Woman’s Record?
90 days of daily tracking spreads, dedicated symptom / sleep / mood / cycle logs, and a doctor-visit prep page before every entry point, so you walk into appointments with your patterns already laid out. The journal is undated, so you can start on any day of the year.
Is the journal physical or digital?
Both. Perimenopause: A Woman’s Record is available as a printed paperback on Amazon, and as a digital download here on cycleandsage.com. Amazon handles shipping and delivery timing for the printed edition; the digital edition is available immediately after purchase.
Do you offer other journals besides the Perimenopause Journal?
Perimenopause: A Woman’s Record is the first in a growing series. Menopause Transition, HRT Response, Post-Menopause, and a Partner’s Guide are all in development — join the mailing list on our homepage to hear when each one launches.
Can I start the journal at any time of year?
Yes. Every Cycle & Sage journal is undated, so there’s no wrong time to begin — start today, next month, or whenever feels right.
I have a question about my order — who do I contact?
Reach out anytime at support@cycleandsage.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
